INGREDIENTS
1 cup sugar1 cup vinegar (white, distilled)
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup tomato paste
4 TBLS soy sauce
1 TBL ground ginger
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
DIRECTIONS
Heat saucepan over medium-low heat, add all ingredients, mix well. Gently simmer, stirring occasionally (do not boil) until sauce is thickened and flavors have concentrated and the consistency of ketchup. (thirty to 45 minutes) Sliced Orient Express Breast, topped with Aji Amarillo Sauce, Brown Rice-Red Quinoa topped with Mambo Sauce, Black Eyed Peas, Mint and Green Onions. Can you say Tasty Fusion!
